My bird Coco didn't like the chrome lug nuts along with the 1978 wheel locks that just looked fugly. She was happy to see me swap them out for Gorilla lug nuts and in fact followed me from tire to tire hanging out! She kissed me at the end as an approval of her Jeep's much nicer looks.

Coco is a Classic Old Frills Satinette Pigeon. We hand raise them. Domestic breed that has no homing skills nor can be left as a free flier. We had almost 30 of them but a breeder bought 7 youngsters and three adults last week. They are so much fun and clean to have.

That is a unique bird. It looks like it is inspecting your work.
Yeah, she’s a very needy one. Follows me everywhere which sounds cool but can be a pain in the ass. Imagine a cat that wants to be scratched and pet all the time all while walking over your computer keyboard while you work (she does that) and a dog that never leaves your side who also begs for petting (she does that too) and a needy person who can’t live without you… still I love her and she will cuddle and nuzzle my face and fingers all while viciously biting anyone else who tries to pet her.

Sexy! I like those wheels over the darker ones my XR came with. I got used to them. My Jeep is white with black. Used to love chrome on everything but it seems so dated so black and white it is.

Which lugs did you use? I like them and want to change mine out also. I wonder if the they have the matching lock nut also.

LOL. I would also appreciate a part # so I can buy your nuts and hold them in my hands.
