I have the Oracle tail lights on my 19 Rubicon. Love the look, REALLY love the back up lights, HATE that the brake light on the left side flickers. For the money, they should be perfect. Not almost perfect. I filled out a warranty card, but I think that I’m beyond the warranty period. I don’t think things should work only for as long as the warranty period is for. I have to wait to see what they say. 2nd time I’ve had a problem with them since I pre-ordered them.

I had OEM LED taillights and they're very nice, but I switched to the Oracle low profile lights because I love the look. The fitment and quality of OEM are hard to beat, but the Oracles have a decent fit and finish. The backup light on the Oracle is brighter and I immediately could see the difference when backing up in the dark. Hopefully they hold up!

A friend has the Oracle tail lights on his JK and both are giving him problems. From what he is saying the customer service has A LOT of room for improvement. His friends are saying the same that nothing but problems. I was interested in them for a replacement but not now. I agree with you if they don't last for any length of time it is a no go for me.

Love the Oracles, have had them for about 5 months. I added the bumper backup lights and put amber film on them, wow! They are almost blinding even in daylight. Recently added the Diode Dynamic hitch backup/brakelight, now I have 5 backup lights. Ya, I know, I like lights!

A friend has the Oracle tail lights on his JK and both are giving him problems. From what he is saying the customer service has A LOT of room for improvement. His friends are saying the same that nothing but problems. I was interested in them for a replacement but not now. I agree with you if they don't last for any length of time it is a no go for me.

I'm sorry, Terry. I didn't mean to bash Oracle at all. I've just seen many many posts about your tail lights having various issues. I also see that your tail lights have a 1 year warranty. If you're having so many issues wouldn't Oracle want to extend that warranty to 2 or 3 years for its customers? That's my main concern, the warranty period only being 1 year for the flush mount tail lights.

Thank you for your reply. I didn't take it as a bashing. I understand wanting the best product you can get. We do offer 1-3 year extended warranties on our products just add it at checkout for additional peace of mind. We are always working on increasing our product reliability and durability across our product lines and we do this from feedback from our customers.
