Bent door hinge pin

This weekend, putting my doors back on my dog knocked into me and I bent the door hinge pin. Bending it back, I noticed these pins are not hammered in from the top like a TJ or JK? If I broke the pin would I have to buy the whole hinge? It looks like it is press fitted, can it be removed and replaced?

I'd think the crappier part would be having to paint it, although it's small enough you could probably get a decent result with cans.

I don't see a pin replacement in the FSM, looks like it's just each half of the hinge in the procedure.
