I don't usually post but wanted to share some mods I've recently completed.
The previous owner had already replaced the antenna with a stubby antenna and added the factory tow hitch. Since I've had it, I've replaced the stock Sahara rims with the upgraded Sahara rims, added the factory auxiliary switches and replaced the rear "cupholder delete" with factory cupholders.
Dash speaker upgrade from TerraAcoustics.com. Only aftermarket setup I've come across that looks completely OEM:
Dead pedal install of the Quadratec stainless steel dead pedal/pad set, powder-coated black locally to match the brake and gas pedals. I bought black stainless bolts, nuts and washers online as well:
Painted fender vent trim ring, continuing the Sahara silver from my bumper and grille, custom-ordered from DistinctionApplied.com:
Soon enough I will install a cowl light bar and pod lights. And install a blackout decal onto the hood. I'd like to incorporate a Sahara silver border/edging on the decal (like the edging the Rubicon hood decals can have) but am stumped on how to incorporate it onto a full-width hood decal (unlike the half-width decal of the Rubicon). Any suggestions are welcome.
