That would have been the preferred direction.

FYI I have the Squadron Sport ambers installed on the Mopar brackets. I love the look, they are not too big but the amber lens really stands out well. They are super bright as well. I honestly haven't taken the time to level them as they should be but I don't use them often. I'm going to buy them again for the fogs when I decide which bumper I'm going to use.

Wow that's bright. I got pros on the way but maybe I should have gotten the sports? :CWL:

So I've decided that BD will be the only light that I use on my JLUR. What really drew me to them was the level of ingenuity in their design making it user friendly and easy to change out lenses.

However, there is one thing I can't decide on. I'm looking at putting a set of squadron sports on the A pillar but don't know which is the better set up:

Single set of Squadron Pros (or sports) driving combo with amber lenses
OR
One set of Squadron Sports Spots with amber lenses (facing forward) AND Squadron Sports wide cornering with amber lenses (angled out)

My main concern is the potential glare of the A pillar lights on a white jeep.

@BajaDesigns what are your thoughts?

I've a Punk'n but would love to know as well. I'll be using a set of S2 pros with wide amber lenses in the mean time for the A-piller location.

Honestly the amber driving combos are bright. Take a look at my photo above your post. Unfortunately I don't have any night pics of them lighting up the road, I'll try to remember and take some.

How much glare do you have on your hood? Do they provide a sufficient amount of light in front and the sides?

I made an install video of my Squadron Pros - skip to the end for comparison between the Pros and Sports. I have the Pros bumper mounted with driving combo lenses, and the sports for fogs with the amber wide cornering lenses.

I didn't recognize any glare on my hood the few times I've had them on, and they throw out a fair amount of light.

What would be your typical scenario when using?

Anyone else have issues with the nylon nuts supplied with their BD lights?

Both of mine wouldn't tighten much beyond where the nylon engaged.

Both broke when trying to remove them.

Happened to me yesterday as well. I ended up using another bolt set.

Went to ACE and got what I need, plus. Funny how that always happens.

I'll have them done after dinner. Can't wait to see the difference.
