WOW, good for you, weird. They seem to have no prioritization at all. Still waiting with no update, no reply, no communication other than automated, no processing, nothing other than requested for 1 stinking badge for the Gulches on 4/29/22.

I think some badges may just be on back order. I ran a few in Moab a week ago and they are on the way but my Hidden Falls is in limbo from May.

I ran Rocky Gap near Las Vegas in mid June. Have been stuck in "requested" status since then. I just pinged them at the BOH email address.

I ran Cedar Tree in June and also still stuck in Requested status.

The end of this month will be 6 months waiting in requested.

I have sent 3 emails. The last 2 they never even sent the automated reply back.

So, I will get when I get it I guess.

I ran Peters Mill Run in Va in mid August and the badge is still "Requested". I saw some other guys who ran it two days before me that had the badge in a little over a week.

Badges? Badges? We do’n need no stinking’ badges. Seriously from what I’ve seen it’s more trouble than it’s worth. They’re just “look at me” things like straight pipes on bikes. The people that know won’t be impressed, and the ones that don’t simple do not care

To each their own. I have always thought they were pretty cool, and it's something unique that Jeep does for free.

Is anyone else seeing this. Almost 10 months after requesting the badge it now shows backorder.

I guess backorder is maybe progress from requested. Lol.

i’be been waiting for my Golden Spike badge since Spring. Emailed BOH six times and I just get boilerplate responses. Now the app has been rewritten and it no longer shows “Requested” and shows on my badge list. I haven’t receive the badge yet. I just shake my head, realizing COVID and the economy derailed a lot of these kinds of things.

In all fair gaming, I received my Rocky Gap badge from BOH about a week or so ago. So about 6 months from running it. I figure Lucy is getting them out as fast as she can.

I am over a year now waiting on a badge. I submitted for Turkey Bay on 1/5/22 and still have not received it.

With the new iOS design (v5.0.0) that list format seems to be gone.

I haven't received my Golden Spike badge yet, but if I bring up that BOH trail, it shows the green checkmark.

I ran Cedar Tree #13 on June 11th and submitted the same day. Numerous emails to both BOH and Jeep Cares with no movement. What a shock to finally see this badge move to Processing on January 4th. Hopefully, it won't sit in that status for 7 months.

The BOH iOS app was updated today to 5.0.1.

Now "Golden Spike" not only shows as earned, but it also shows it was shipped on Dec 20, and delivered Dec 23.

I was away for the holiday and had no idea it was being shipped (10 months late!).

Guess I'll be reaching out to BOH to have another one shipped.

What a fiasco!

Hey all

Went on the BOH app. Tonight and holy moly the Gulches badge that has been back ordered for almost a year now stated processing.

So maybe there is hope.
