Backup Camera Saying "System Not available" even after replacing LVDS cable

I got rear ended in August year, the shop had to replace the spare tire holder and swing gate on my 2018 2/dr wrangler sport JL. They sent it to the dealership to have the backup camera re-calibrated which was working fine after the accident, dealership said something happened to the cable and they cant replace it so no more backup camera...i didn't love that so i called around and found a dealership in Toronto that had one, they sent it to me, had the cable replaced, camera still not working, just says system not available.
All the connections in the back are solid, the camera was working when it went in so assuming its not a broken camera what else can i do ?
