I use the Teraflex license plate / camera relocation bracket on a teraflex tire mount. There are a couple of license plate relocation kits that move the camera. Haven't installed it yet, but I have the Teraflex one sitting in the garage.
Otherwise, I think I've just seen the extensions built into aftermarket carriers.
Have you or anyone here figured out a way to extend the camera tube out more on the Teraflex? I The wheel still takes up more space in my view than I'd like. For lack of a better idea, was thinking maybe could get some washers (say an inch worth?) and longer bolts that connect the camera tube to the rest of the Teraflex carrier.I use the Teraflex license plate / camera relocation bracket on a teraflex tire mount.
The field of view doesn't seem much different than what I remember seeing on my stock setup. I see the edges of the wheel in the camera view from about 3 to 9 o'clock. With my 12 1/2 tires wide tires on wheels with 3 1/2 backspacing. The red markers on the screen signify the outer edge of the tire which is what I recall on the stock setup.
I needed up ditching the Teraflex mount and going with a Motobilt solution instead.Have you or anyone here figured out a way to extend the camera tube out more on the Teraflex?
