Back door electrical connectors

This may have been asked/posted already.

Those 2 electrical plugs for the back doors seem to be getting harder to disconnect.

Is there anything I can put on them to keep them moving easier? Perhaps a dab of dielectric grease?

I'm worried that eventually, one of the wires is going to slip out of the connector.

Feel the plastic. See if the plastic has caught an edge and bent a little bit. Maybe a simple clean for dirt that may have accumulated. Could always use a little silicone spray or wax or lube on the exterior plastic of the connector
