Roughly 11% below MSRP. It’s a fair deal. Some will say it’s not that great of a deal and you will see some deals that others have gotten that may make you doubt your decision, but there are a lot of variables (dealerships, geographical location, demand, inventory, etc.) to every deal. If you feel good about it, go for it. While getting the best deal possible is everybody’s goal, once you are in your new Jeep, it means a little bit less that your deal was not as good as somebody else’s.

11% off seems to be a good amount considering what other people here are saying from past deals. If you were trying for 12% off, consider that the additional 1% off is only $393. If you really want it and don't have a competing deal to compare with, $393 is not enough to make or break the deal.

to me that a pretty good deal and would feel comfortable paying that price. i would even tell the sales guy to make it a even $34,000 and i'll drive it off the lot today.

Here is a similar deal I found today- MSRP 38125 real price 33662, including 1000 tradein assistance. That's almost a full 12% off MSRP. If you aren't doing a tradein then the real price became 34662 which wasn't quite what I wanted to I passed.
