Auto start not working - shuts off quickly

Has anyone else had issues with their JL auto start feature? I use auto start in the summer to cool the Jeep off for my kids before getting in but it has been shutting off before we even get in the Jeep defeating the purpose. The scenario on my 2020 that is most common is I use auto start, a minute later we make our way outside and when I unlock the doors it shuts off. I find this odd, went to Jeep and asked if they’ve seen it before and they said no but it could be the battery. Well summer is almost here and I have a video of it doing it now so I’ll be back into the shop soon to get it fixed, just wanted to know what it was before I went in if others got it remedied. Thank you

You don't have an advisory on the dash telling why the remote start cuts off? There's a number of things that will make it shut off. Each time, mine has reported to me what is was. Things like low fuel will do it.

I've never noticed any warning lights on the dash after this happening but thanks for the tip because next time I will look and take a photo of it for the record as I have had random lights come in just to go off later that I found odd were on.

I recall not seeing the A Triangle with arrow around it lit up, yellow light but no words

Mine did that when the ESS battery was acting up.

You do have to start it manually to reset the auto start. It's weird, I know, but I had the same problem with my Ram truck. One manual start and I was good to go for a bunch of remote starts.
