Assistance Package

I have the Assistance Package in my Jeeps. My Jeep Dashboard has recently updated offering me Jeep Connect Plus. Does anyone know the difference between the two and why is Assistance so much more than Jeep Connect Plus when it seems to offer more services for less cost?

Yeah, they have more features but it's almost $60 less a year. I don't even have the Assistance Package offered anymore. Someone said on the Gladiator Forum that it's only offered on 24s and 25s. Maybe that was it.
