Gifted a system, need some assistance

Gifted:
ZX2400 watt amp
2 Solo Baric subs in a box
Optima battery
Fuses and fuse panel for battery
And some 0 gauge cables and speaker wire.

want to get this going but trying to think of I am Missing anything and if I really need the optima battery, I am thinking with that much power I will.

Depending on which radio you have, you'll need some sort of adapter (hi-lo convertor) to get the audio signal from the OEM speaker to the aftermarket amp.

As for the battery, it depends on what style of Optima it is as well as the age of it. If it's relatively new, it would be worth to swap in the place of the OEM battery.

Can I run that amp and setup with the battery in the Jeep and the heavy duty 240 amp alternator? I’d rather not put another battery in unless I need too. Eventually I want to do a genesis battery system, smaller sun and amp,but as of right now this is just so I can be ridiculous and loud until someone wants to buy the system

You can absolutely run that amp off the OEM battery, especially since your JL is so new. Just make sure that you use that fuse close to the battery (within 18" is generally considered max distance) and make sure you use a solid ground point where the amp is mounted (not a seat bolt or seat belt bolt).
