So now that I finally got my 2019 Rubicon Unlimited with the tow package...I am trying to figure out how to make use of my four AUX switches. Sure, there are lights and winches to install but what else are you guys plugging in? Right now, I’m thinking a winch, rock lights (wheel wells), rear lights, and maybe some lights on the front. No roof lights—I want to go topless half the year so I can take advantage of the CA sun.

What else is there besides lights and winches? (BTW, I want a CB but will connect it to my ignition switch.)

Don't plug your winch to your aux unless it is a relay. Bad bad idea.

You’re not going to want anything high current running off those switches without an isolation relay.

Basically, power the isolation relay coil with those switches, and let the secondary (Relay) circuit handle the current. Know your relay contact amperage max, and do not exceed.

Let’s see... ideas for what to put on them...

Off road lights
Back up lights
Trail lights/Rock lights
Use 3 for the ARB’s you’re going to get...
Air compressor
Onboard Blender (5:00 somewhere)
Nitrous oxide enable
Passenger jettison
Thermonuclear launch (with code override)

Even with a relay or constant duty rated solenoid, STILL a bad idea...

Dashcam hooked to Aux 1. Setting the winch (through a solenoid disconnect) to Aux 4. Basically, my switches are likely going to be going from less to most "oh crap" by number. Dashcam is pretty much always on, winch only on when things get nasty. Saving 2 for lighting, 3 for either lighting or compressor.
