@Baja Designs What is the average lifetime of your LED light chips? And as a follow up question, how does that compare to the lifetime of other brands LED chips?

Also for $300 for a two pod kit, do y'all offer a lifetime guarantee on the LED chips? Like will y'all replace them if they burn out in 10 years?
Our Cree LEDs have a 50,000 hour lifespan. We do offer a lifetime warranty with all of our products and are not very strict on the lifespan of our lights. If something goes wrong with them we will get them all repaired under warranty with the proper proof of purchase presented.

Brandon

Hey @MOC, Thanks for reaching out for guidance. There are a lot of lighting setups out there, for what you are planning on doing I would recommend The Squadron Pros in a wide corner aimed far out to cover the left and right angles of the trails and possibly doing a driving combo OnX6 or even an S8 light bar in the front. This package will give you a great amount of forward facing light and a great left to right coverage while utilizing wide corner on the a-pillars. This will also remove any chance of hood glare that will be present on a forward facing driving combo lens pattern.

Have you considered doing LP4 on the front bumper and possibly Squadron Sports or S1 on the a-pillars? This will also be a great setup with the IPT lights featured on the LP4s.

Keep a note that no matter which lens package you purchase you are also available to purchase a different lens patterns and switch out your lights down the road with our uService program.

Thanks for prompt response BD. I'd been avoiding LP4 up front concerned about how close they are, not a big fan of the Mickey Mouse look. But LP4 seems small enough they wouldn't be touching. Leaning towards squadrons and bar light up front...I can stew for days on such decisions... :)

Maybe a dumb question, but do you sell black oxide faceplate bolt replacements for your fog lamps and lightbars?

I've just never been a fan of the contrasting silver bolts that most lighting manufacturers have been using on the front of their otherwise all-black lamps and was just wondering if a "stealth" design aesthetic was possible. Black mounts and mounting bolts would look nicer too imo.

Hey @AFD, We dont not but we have partnered with Better Bolts and they have some titanium options that are designed for our products. The link will be below. Another alternative that I have seen are coated aluminum bolts.

Any update on the SAE fog lights? I saw the post regarding the 10 week lead time for those ordering in March. How about those who ordered prior to that?

Hey @Nootz, Depending on when the order was place will determine the eta. We have been assembling and shipping these lights out everyday since the end of March. They are taking a bit long to assembly than expected so the time frame will reflect that.

Continuing in the spirit of asking anything...
1) Re: Onyx6 10", how far apart are the holes in the mount when attached to the lightbar? My bull bar has a 12" wide surface with pre-fab holes for mounting, and the furthest holes are 10 1/4" center-to-center;
2) for some reason I cannot find a-pillar mounts on your website. I see the squadron kits that come with mounts/harnesses (w/clear lenses only) for $330, which tells me the mounts must be $80 b/c the squadrons with harnesses are $249;
3) is the forum discount the same as military discount? And either way, how do I get it?

Thanks!

I am using your LP4 lights in the a-pillar position. Is there a way to block off the side lighting on the inboard side of the light?

I will attach a photo of the dimension of our OnX6 Light bars. We dont sell just brackets on our website which is why you are not able to find them. If you are utilizing our lights on the mounts we sell I can Itemize the A-Pillar kit and sell you them. We cannot advertise any discounts but if you want you can email me and I can price out and order for you. My email is [email protected]

I am using a pair of Squandron Sport wide cornering on A-pillar. I want to replace my XX brand driving lights on the bumper with something brighter without breaking the bank. I am considering a pair of LP4 or 2 pairs of Squandron Pro in Spot and Combo. Which setup would provide more coverage? What do you recommend?

How does the anti-theft bolts work?
It looks they only secure the sides? What about the bolt on the bumper?
