It's in the works for the Squadrons and XLs, they will have backlight shhhhhhwill you be coming out with new versions of your non-SAE lights? squadron pros, LP6s, etc. They are pretty awesome as-is (as where I think the SAE upgrade was necessary).

There are a couple of companies that do it already but if you guys want it we might be able to pull some strings. Will there be a BD flashlight?
We are aiming to get all open orders for these lights out by the middle of April. With your order being at the top of this list it very likely will be heading your way by the end of this month.I ordered a set of your sae amber fogs for my JLURD steel bumper like 3 months ago. Order number 113516. Land sarcia emailed me back in Jan saying that my order “for the old style sae fogs is being delayed, and I would be getting a new designed pair”. I’ve since emailed BD for an order status update after seeing the release of the new sae fogs online, but haven’t heard anything back. An you please tell me where my order is and when I can expect it to ship?
-Thanks in advance
No, To utilize our LP6 on the stock bumper you will not need to drill into the bumper but if you are utilizing the toggle harness drilling for the switch will be required for a determined location. To put LP6 on the stock steel bumper.
do I need to drill the existing holes to make them bigger?
Wouldn't it also be possible to just remove the BD bolt from the mount and re-use the existing bolt from the steel bumper in it's place, possibly using a washer if needed?Yes, To utilize our LP6 on the stock bumper you will need to drill out the bolt hold to a 3/4 hole to accommodate the mounting hardware.
Is that an African or European swallow? What is the airspeed velocity of an unladen swallow?
You are able to use the stock bolt location. I was incorrect when responding. The only drilling that will be required is if the toggle harness is utilized.Wouldn't it also be possible to just remove the BD bolt from the mount and re-use the existing bolt from the steel bumper in it's place, possibly using a washer if needed?
Thank you so much for confirming. No, To utilize our LP6 on the stock bumper you will not need to drill into the bumper but if you are utilizing the toggle harness drilling for the switch will be required for a determined location.

Best,

The high beam and low beam will have to be wired onto separate switches. The high and low are not supposed to be on at the same time. If they are it will over power the light and cause issues down the road with the LEDS.Thank you so much for confirming.
Last question is. With upfitter wiring, I can wire low/high/back light to different OEM aux switches.
It would be safe to turn both low and high on at the same time?
I read it was not safe earlier.
