As someone who's never bought a new vehicle before, much less ordered one, thanks for the question. Closely related: when do we typically know what the next year's colors are going to be, and when can orders be placed?
Most items not available in stock yet. Unsure of a real time frame.
Like now, they will have the standard colors out first most likely. Then late availability colors later in the year. Generally there is a 2-3 month span between build out for MY and new MY opening.
The question I should have been explicit about, though, is whether we'll know the 2019 colors before the end of factory orders for 2018. I may want to wait for 2019 to save up a larger down payment, but not if I can't get the color I want.
No, we will not know the colors. If you want white black silver, you are good. If you are looking for one of the soon to be released colors, not likely. Jeep usually switches those around yearly.
You could do the heated seats aftermarket. No, can’t order until they are released in the internal order system.
It looks like most of the D1 Jeeps were ordered in the first special allocation. Not all, I know, but most. They do take them as they come in.
