I was in NE Ohio last week and saw a used 2022 High Tide for sale. It peaked my interest. How have they been holding up?

Great! Love mine, I’ve had a Rubicon and a Sahara, and this by far is my favorite.

Knock on wood mine has been great. I've put on 40K miles in just under 2 years and only issue I have had is a squeaky brake pedal. Had two other Jeeps with same issue.

Personally, I would stay away from it even though I like them. The 22' High Tides had the V6 with Etorque.

The V6 has been having issues with the rocker arms / camshaft.

The Etorque is a mild hybrid system and uses a very large battery to power the electric Etorque motor.

In the long run, I can see both of these things being costly to fix / replace.

Geeze Louise. We can't even go through the car wash with our 23 Rubicon 4XE without getting our pants soaked.

So far I love it. I had a JK before. I went thru the rocker arm issues with my JK with the V6, so far, knock on wood, this one is pretty quiet, rides great, been getting decent MPG on it. Have had it off road some and it performed very well. Only issue I had was that the tail gate latch was not aligned correctly and caused a slight rattle when going over larger bumps. Easy adjustment that got rid of the rattle.

Where is the water coming in? Just curious. Trying to determine if the trim would have anything to do with it.

On both doors the lower front part....right where your legs are. Pants get really wet. If there is mud on the car....the mud also comes in and gets on the front metal seat runners and pants. It's a really charming amenity.

I have a 2023. I absolutely recommend it. Mine has all the bells and whistles - but note the SelecTrac 4wd system that comes with is the BEST! The low rear end (4.56) and the factory lift and tires are well worth it. Go for it!!! Mine is Punkin Orange.
