Lots of variables to consider when deciding on the correct ratio for you. Weight, altitude, speeds, etc. I originally went with 4.88's with my 37's and it was ok. It would struggle a bit running up the roads to Flagstaff or Show Low when loaded down with all the camping supplies. I then did the Livernois tune and it helped a ton, but still wasn't "happy" with it. I had a pinion bearing go out (due to shitty install from a shop here in PHX) and had 5.13's installed. I couldn't be happier, getting the same mpg, or slightly better, as the 4.88's and I can actually pass people now on the 2 lane roads at elevation.

Revolution 4.88s have been ordered. Kevin @ Trendsetters Customs will install them as soon as they arrive. Thanks everyone for the replies.

I've been completely satisfied with my factory 4.10 running 35's on my 2019 2.0T with E-Torque. I also have a 2" lift and the additional weight of a steel bumper/winch and steel engine, transmission, transfer case and differential skids. On flat highways I still pull 8th gear fine. I'm in Colorado at 6,000 feet as well. It might be a different story with the normally aspirated 3.6 though. The 2.0 turbo doesn't lose it's might at altitude.

I have a 2025 JLURX on order with the 2.0T and 4.56 gears. I can only hope I see the combined city/highway mileage I'm seeing with my 2019.

With the 3.6 I highly recommend the 4.88's, really pairs well with 3.6 for overall performance-even with 35's. I have 4.88's with the 3.6 Auto on my '20 JLR with 37" KO2's and overall like that combo better that the 2.0 Auto with 4.56's and 37" KO2's on my '25 JLR-X.
