Used my last Jeep Wave service today and had a good experience. Sitting at 34,000 on my 2021 80th Anniversary w/ 2.0. Lots of “free” stuff…two new batteries, three new shocks, rotated tires and oil change. Of course I did have to decline the $100 cabin filter, the $100 engine filter and the $300 intake cleaning 🤣

just had wave service few days ago, they want engine and cabin filter $100x2 and fuel line water removal $250.

also want 25 to rotate the 5th tire, I'm like wtf you charge 25 for 1 minute of work?

I realize the dealerships make most of their money from service rather than sales, but with the prices they charge, it's no wonder why the dealerships get a bad name.
