Air vent LED Turn signal installation HELP PLEASE

I realize there are similar threads already ...but I could not exactly answer my question:

My 2023 Jeep Rubicon 392 was shipped to Spain ...

I need to install side turn signals for the Jeep to be legal in Spain.

So I purchased the Overtread "19014 Manix Fender Air Vent LED turn signal light".

I need to provide detailed installation instructions to mechanics in Spain to put on my Jeep.

I need these LED vents lights to work ONLY with the turn signals ...flashing when turns signal are activated.

please send instruction / pictures...I will have to provide to the Spanish mechanics' .

Did you ever figure it out? I'll be hooking them up soon, I'm guessing red is DRL/+, black is GND/- and yellow is Turn Signal/+?
