Just got a new set of Sealight LED tail lights in today. They look great and seem to be working fine, but I'm getting a warning on the dash that the turn signals are out. The lights are supposed to be plug and play. Anyone know what it might be? They have a toggle switch on the back but I'm not sure what it does. It doesn't seem to matter what position it's in.

Just ask @cosine he knows!
Interesting about the toggle switch, my smoked OEM knockoffs use an inline resistor and have no lights-out warnings.

I think I may need to add those. I've messed with the toggle switch and it appears to do nothing. I'll try ordering some resistors and give that a shot. Did yours come with that bracket? Looks like a perfect fit.

I've read about the Tazer, hadn't heard of JScan. Any recommendation between them?

Yeah, the lights came w/ the resistor & bracket, and it did work pretty well clipped where it is :)

They both work well for what they do. It essentially come down to cost and ease of use. I've used both and find the Tazer much easier to use. Also, the Tazer provides certain features that JSCAN does not. For example, with the Tazer, you can turn off Auto Stop/Start. JSCAN provides a way to do this, but you have to disable a hood sensor which is not ideal.

Appreciate the info. I'm going to try the JScan app to see if that does the trick. I have a wireless OBD scanner already but I had no idea about the app. Just needed to buy the bypass cable so it should be pretty cost effective. I'll update with the result.
