I went with the 2.0 Fox DSC kit with the Adventure Tune, AGM coilover sliders, and we paired it with Metal Cloak arms. What interested me about this kit is the custom shock tuning and how they allow you to swap springs so you get a great ride from the start. Everything is super high quality from the Fox shocks to the Eibach springs.
Per Accutune the 2.0's offer a softer ride vs the 2.5's on and offroad, and while I’ve never tried the 2.5's I’m loving the way my 2.0's ride. I like a plush ride that is controlled with not too much body roll that doesn't beat you up at the end of a long trail, and that's exactly what this kit delivers for me. With the DSC's I can adjust the ride to my liking depending on the terrain, I stiffen on road for less body roll and better cornering, and soften for the trails, I love this feature it really makes a difference.
The install went smooth, we ended up switching out the front springs as I didn't like how tall the front end was (again this is the beauty of Accutune). I’m at about 3" of lift, with 5" of up travel, which is awesome as I didn't want to go too tall. A nice balance of up travel and down travel allowing the suspension to properly cycle which I can attest equals to a great ride on and offroad! The Metalcloak arms are working great with this kit. Everything is very quiet, I’m sure the AGM sliders are helping in that.
I will be replacing my wheels with KMC Machete beadlocks as my current wheels with 4.75 backspacing will rub the front reservoirs at full stuff requiring more bump stop limiting some up travel, new wheels should resolve that so I can run less bump. Accutune recommends at least 4.0 backspacing for 37’s so I was aware prior to the install that my wheels may not work.
Overall it is a very well balanced kit that performs great pretty much right out of the box without any modifications or additional tuning/spring costs. I don’t have any binding, shocks don’t hit the frame, and new wheels should resolve any rubbing issues.
I'll be updating this post with more pics and vids as I complete more trails and have more feedback.
