There's about 8 !/2 million people living in NY City. There's another 11 million or so that live in New York outside NY City. Just because you experienced one D*** troll from Long Island, don't group the 11 million upstaters with him. Actually, I imagine anyone outside of Long Island in NY City wouldn't want be grouped with him either. So go holster your six shooter, hang up your cowboy hat and get ready for some Friday night football y'all! Lol, stereotypes are a bitch.
I guess I forgot to mention one of the other problems with NYers... They're overly sensitive... :)

Must be due to having such intimate knowledge of snow shovels... T-shirts and shorts weather here on the Texas Gulf Coast... Cleaning my guns since it's getting time for mosquito season... Need to renew my hunting license though...

Actually most NY upstaters couldn't give a crap less. Except for being grouped together with New York CIty. Not quite sure why using snow shovels has anything to do with anything. We do have snow, but so far we've missed out on mudslides, hurricanes (for the most part), earthquakes, and tornadoes, killer bugs, lizards, snakes alligators and crocodiles. If you are trying to say shoveling snow pisses us off, more like it's having to live in a nanny state, with some of the highest taxes in the country along with some of the most corrupt politicians. And we have killer mosquitoes here that carry triple e, which can kill you. On the flip side, we do have snow, snow mobiles, skis and all sorts of stuff tom do in the snow. It's not all bad. And when we do have snow, no ticks and mosquitos or triple e or lyme disease. Win win.

But I digress. Every time some one new comes along and feels it's okay to make a joke about someone else they finish it with a little smiley face, which makes it okay. And when someone here calls them on it, the reply is always you're overly sensitive, snowflake, not a true jeeper, whatever. Oh wait. :) Welcome to the forum.

Well, I was just trying to give ya'll the benefit of the doubt. I figured having snow up your 'nads that many months out of the year could make ya'll a bit cranky...

I figure snow is like a spice... You don't want to make a whole meal out of it, but a little added here and there is OK... :)

I've snowmobiled ONCE and that was just on roads going into Yellowstone when we were up in Jackson Hole for some skiing one winter. One of these days, I'll ride my Harley up there and see what it looks like during their "summer". Their summer is probably not too much of a difference in temperature than our "winter". The only problem with riding all the way up there is that I probably have to drive close to 900 miles of flatlands before I get to some sort of terrain that is even slightly not boring. Skiing, I might do one trip every couple of years these days for maybe a week. I prefer Utah since we can stay in SLC and drive up to the mountains each morning. I've been stationed in places where winter equals snow up to the 'nads for a good part of the winter and I definitely DO NOT miss being on a first name basis with the snow shovels. :)

Some friends of my wife want us to visit them up near Springfield. I was hoping that Congress could get their [excrement] together and pass the Concealed Carry Reciprocity Act, but they seem to be doing everything they can to keep from actually doing *anything*. The leftists in MA don't want to respect our most basic of human rights as guaranteed by the 2nd Amendment, so I'm going to avoid going up there until they do.

Don't even get me started with gun laws in this dumb ass state or the politicians. Springfield however is the western part of the state and it is a different world than Boston. Unfortunately all the lefties live in Boston and their population rules the entire state. :swear:

The tow package and 7-pin wiring (on top of the brake controller for my pop-up trailer) also sends power to the trailer to charge the battery and run the fridge while on the road. It also means the trailer brake and turn lights get their own fuses and relays. Worth every penny to me for this upgrade!

I’m a Masshole now, living north of Boston, but grew up in upstate NY. Common sense and the Constitution don’t exist or have any meaning in and around Boston. The Politics and Political Correctness here almost warrant moving but what I do necessitates I hang around for a few more years until I retire. Once I do retire I’m out of here, at least during the Winter months, Summers on Martha’s Vineyard can be endured by simply shutting off the TV and enjoying the incredible bueaty of the island.
