Took my '21 4xe in last Friday. Just got the call - replacement main battery pack needed. No ETA.
Anyone have recent experience and time of repairs for theirs?

I just found out I need a new battery. It just turned 100,000km or 63,000 miles.
I'm sure it got worse after the last recall.
I was told they have to approve the battery replacement..

The approval is pretty much automatic. Mine failed in the shop. Not like many who got the software update, had tested, then CEL came on days later. If the test says it fails, it fails. Only 26,500 miles on mine.

Update from Jeep customer care: via email I am told the battery is on backorder. No word from dealership advisor. No ETA.

Side note: Jeep Compass may be the worst vehicle I've driven in 20 years. Terrible in town fuel economy and it can't decide what it is. Poor man's CRV? Trail rated? All/none of the above?

Week late on the finale. 36 days to get the replacement HV battery replaced.
No support from @JeepCares in any way. They requested a bunch of information and documents to "review" which was simply insulting when they didn't review nor compensate in any way. A POS Compass was provided as a rental. Something I couldn't use on trails. Had to spend over $100 on gas, which I don't have to do driving my 4xe, which is kinda the point.

Overall miserable experience from Jeep customer service. Dealership meh I suppose. Seems to drive OK a week after. But I swear it's less powerful off the line now, slower acceleration. Could be imagination.
