Hello I bought a 95 wrangler for a summer toy. It runs great once warm but if the engine is cold it starts hard acting like it is not getting gas. When I first turn the ignition on a clicking noise comes from the fuel pump relay. If I leave the key on it will stop after a few minutes then I can hear the fuel pump engage and it will start up. Only does this when the engine is cold. Any thoughts or ideas would be greatly appreciated! I do have a video of it but I was unable to attach it.

As the other commenter noted, this is a JL forum, not YJ, so you’d probably have better luck on Jeep forum or wrangler forum.

that being said, my guess is your ECM is likely starting to go.
