There are tonnsssss of people complaining about being there and having to work, and only a few that are happy to have their job. Lets hope the quality of their attitudes doesn't reflect the quality of our jeeps when they finally arrive!!

I build light trucks every day, not jeep, and it takes a lot of manpower and with that many people you get all types. We have great dedicated workers, lazy slackers, assholes and everything in between. It just seems like the bad ones are the ones that stand out and the loudest. Most that you never see or hear are the ones doing the best job.

I do believe that union protection of bad workers is a detriment to any manufacturing. If they truly hate their jobs maybe jeep will bring production down south like so many others already have.

I am part of a union like those employees on the FB pages, and with some of those comments I would easily be written up or coached, possibly terminated. No wonder we have so many problems with our Jeeps.

The original post was a year old at this point. I wonder if FCA had any idea?
