That thread still has the same link. I wonder if the file is no longer available seeing as how it was posted there over a year ago.

I won't tempt fate just yet. 28.30 is working fine for me.

It's my understanding the 28.30 update itself doesn't actually include maps. I think 21.10 is the latest update for the JL that included maps, but I could be mistaken. I assume this update would retain the map data from what I'm running now, but I saw a guy on that Ram thread mention his navigation up and vanished.

But yeah, I do have maps and navigation on the device. It came out of a 2019.

22.5 does come with maps, and I have downloaded it via the link I provided. It does work for me.

Do you just click the link and get sent a download? It asks for a login from me. I created a bogus account and the same link logged into an account tells me Access Denied.

It actually auto-populates the login creds for me...

Did the 34.2 update today... Everything worked like a champ, will report if I have any issues with presets...(or anything else)...

Just stumbled on this thread. My friend and I both have 2018 JLURs with the 8.4" screen. But he has a couple things I find better than my radio. How do I get the same update.

• He has the the combined "Media" button, instead of 2 buttons
• If I am on the radio screen, and I hit the little button for "Map", I get a little square map in the radio display, but the artist/song info gets pushed left, and I get like four characters of each. His map will go full width, more letterbox like, and the artist/song information appears under the map in a nice small font.

What gives?

He has a newer software version. Enter Dealer Mode and compare...
