This plus proof of ownership will get you the code. Provided you find someone in the dealership parts or service dept that knows anything. You’ll have to go to a dealership parts department with the radio serial number along with your VIN and they can generate an unlock code.
If you took it out of your Jeep you can do this over the phone with your dealership.I replaced my stock 8.4" OEM radio with an aftermarket radio. I was thinking of selling it, but I read somewhere that there is an "unlock" code for it. Can anyone shed some light on that? Thanks!
