Many are falling like flies and I am ok with that. As the crap shops drop, the better ones will fill the vacuum.

4 Wheel Sharts had a business model that deserves to suffer. Eventually you run out of customers to screw and there aren’t enough left to hit those margins so away you go. Just can’t beat that mom and pop that knows Jeeps better than you know your own mother. Or the local place that at least takes their time to learn your Jeep.

The 4WP store by me changed signage overnight. It now says Offroad Warehouse.

Guess I'm lucky. Dont buy much from 4WP because of thier pricing but when I do, I go to local store and the customer service in there has been very good (Lynwood,WA). Quadratech is always a gamble and I dont like their return policies (even on parts that are wrong, missing or broken)BS. Anymore, my go to is Northridge. CS is topnotch, always get help quickly, prices are good, etc

Wheelpros bought Teraflex in I believe 2021. That can be good, or, well, maybe not. Time will tell.

I’ve used them for a few things here and there. Had the same issue with no one answering the telephone. Also, I would never let them work on my Jeep. The store in Compton, which had a huge warehouse attached has moved four miles west to Gardena, into a much smaller facility. Yeah, now it’s called 4wheel Parts Off-road Truck and Jeep. Something is definitely going on behind the scenes.

Northridge is now always the first place I go when I want to buy something for my Jeep. Their customer service is top notch, even if you're not buying anything. I just had several questions and they took their time with me to answer them all. I only buy from them now if possible.
