How wide is the wheel? That will make a big difference on what your back spacing is.

I'm running 17x9 with 2.825 back spacing

Found documentation from RK that says 3.5 inch back spacing is needed. I'm planning to run 17x9's. Purchases made, so we'll see!

Looks like they will rub horribly if you go over bumps or turn the wheel.

Yes I got a 3inch lift on it and buying new fenders soon.

What size bump stops and what is needed to be trimmed with 3.5” Metalcloak gamechanger to run 40’s. Currently on 38’s and wheel once or twice a month. I’ve seen people say they don’t have to trim anything and some just the rear section of the back wheel well...

I Run 40's w/ MC kit. I was able to get away w/ 3" bumps front and rear. However it involves HEAVY cutting.

Rear the whole inner arch needed to be trimmed. Including the top in order to stuff it at full flex.

Front i had to cut the front bumper tips, Cut parts of the grille, cut the two top fender tabs off, partially cut the brackets that hold the turn signal on the fenders.

I am also running 72" wide axles and 4.75BS wheels

Man for some reason the SST pros in the 40s look more aggressive than my 37 SST pros. I wonder why? And I really want those Road armor fenders and they're not bad price that like $1,500 or $1,600 for a set all the way around but then I have to buy inner fenders and rear of inner fenders then labor and I'm looking at $3,000. Wife won't let me spend that much just for cosmetic looks she says.but I should let me spend a lot of money on my Jeep and a lot of money fixing it up so I can't complain but will my daughter in college right now I have to put her first also. Don't have an extra three grand just sitting around for play money she says that can go toward my tuition.but I've got a nice looking Rubicon right now I'm okay with it I mean when I'm rock crawling if I hit a rock at least the plastic fender flares will pop off brand of mine had the metal cloak fenders and hit up against some rocks and did a lot of body damage to the Jeep. Cost him thousands and body working paint. At least we know the fenders hold up it's just they push in to the metal on the Jeep and do body damage. But I really like the road armor ones and they're only about 30 minutes from my house they're factory
