About two months ago I started fall into 3D printing and I think it would be useful and funny to share useful and maybe even useless and funny 3D prints in one thread.

First I printed the soft panel holders

then I printed the rear Wolfbox camera cable cover.

This weekend I participated in my first car rmeet of this year. In general it is the 17th annual and biggest American car meet in region www.lcw.cz.
I printed an M134 minigu for the meet. Fun print, a bit of a problem that we have the entire front of the car made of aluminum, so I could only attach it magnetically to the top frame or above the rear wheel.
But the model aroused quite some interest.

I'll attach photos and I'd be happy if you add your prints too.

that minigun is awesome! here are some 3d prints I did besides the soft top window holders. made a keyfob for sport (no buttons), light covers for my auxbeam lights, and pins for my doors.

I also made the little part that goes in the track for 2 door seat return cuz mine broke, and seat got stuck forward, and I didnt wanna pay $25 for shipping on a $4 part.

nice, and what material do yoyu use for that lights cover and pins? I made also cable cover for my rear wolfbox camera, but I made it form PLA in black, on black car and it is slightly deformated now. so I will try PAHT-CF but I need to dry it out..

I only use PLA, and yeah there is deformation that occurs with with my light covers, but I think its because they are so thin. I should be using ABS or something similar, but ive been lazy to get into it though, printing ABS is lil more difficult, and may need different nozzle, humidity is bigger deal, and printer needs to be enclosed.

im not sure how much better high temp carbon fiber pla will do, ive heard you can do a near boiling water heat treatment to PLA to help it too, or paint it to block UV.
