Replacing shocks, springs, possibly sway bar links and adjusting the draglink to center the steering wheel. In the scheme of things, pretty simple. Your axles will probably be slightly off center, but not enough to cause any problems. That can be corrected with adjustable track bars later if you want too. You will want to make sure you have enough clearance for all the lines running to the brakes.

Edit, caster might need to be addressed with adjustable front upper and or lower control arms.

Can I use the 392 control arms and steering components? I’m looking at getting a full set of 392 suspension for $100. It looks like they swapped out their entire suspension system.

And will the 392 brakes fit my sport? Cause he has his calipers and brakes I can buy too. Not that I need them but folks seem to go bigger brakes when they go with larger tires.

The control arms are the same as yours. I believe all of the 392s have the wider axels, so the steering stuff won't work and it's no more durable than what is on yours.

I will defer to someone else about the brakes, but I'm pretty sure they will bolt up, not sure about everything upstream being the same or stout enough for the bigger brakes

Why do you want 392 springs?

Cheap lift.
Hard ride.

4 door, heavy engine, springs will have a high spring rate. But, yes, it will lift it. Nothing a kidney belt and a mouth guard can't fix.

I’ll have to take a picture but I got a ton of stuff. Tried to pay and because I’m a fellow veteran he just gifted it to me. He said if I’d have hit him up a week earlier he’d have given me his 392 take off wheels and 37” nittos for free too. He said I can have his brakes and calipers if they’ll fit my sport. He went to the TeraFlex big brake kit. And Gamechanger 3.5”
