I know it sounds odd but tire pressure has a huge impact on how the JL drives and it will differ from JL to JL. The sweet spot for my 19 JLUR with heavy bumpers on D rated 35s was 33 psi. The 392XR with 315s was 31 psi and now with 37 KO2s the best ride with absolutely no highway wander is at 29 psi. Try different pressures and you may not need the LCA. I have them in my garage, but have not installed them since I like how it drives right now.
I’ll drop them down to 32 PSI, hopefully it helps. My JKUR didn’t drive half as bad as this. I fully suspect the short control arms are the culprit. I plan on doing a full 2.5 lift in the future so those will hold me over.

In the JK world, by just increasing the length of the lower CA, it could mess up your pinion angle. I assume it is the same here. It can’t need more and 1/8” of length to get caster in the 5.5 range. Do they make brackets? For JLs? Also if you are going longer an adjustable LCA gives the ability to dial in caster more precisely.
