I’m just trying to figure out how it all works with the new purchase not being physically being there and not entered into their inventory. I would trade my GC in now while the markets on fire every dealer that I’ve ever spoken to said wait until the vehicle comes in then will discuss trade. ??

Yea, you have to get them to sign, seal the purchase contract now. They dont like it because they cant wack, pack, and jack you on price and extras as easy now. Just tell them your willing to sign, need to sign, or you have to buy something available now.

Just like RebelJT said. They basically buy your vehicle from you now. They gave us a check for 49k for the Jeep. Then when the 392 comes in, they’ll apply the sales tax credit. We can either just write a check for the whole jeep, finance, do whatever we want at that point.
Not a lot of dealers will do this. But we’ve done a lot of business with them. They sold our jeep in less than a week. Used market is insane right now. Which is why we did this for the 392 and husband did the same with his TRX to a new 2500.

Wow that’s awesome. I’d love to find a dealer like that but all the ones around me a scum bags. I have purchased trucks from Chesrown from your neck of the woods and Mcdaniels in Marion Ohio. I usually buy a new truck every year but with this market I’ve been able to do it every 6 months.

The dealership that I purchased mine from gave me 1500 extra to give them my Challenger Scat Pack Shaker early to sell it during the summer.
So, yes.
