Got ours on Friday, so took about 7 months. But it's awesome so far.

Have been driving it all weekend to break in the engine, and have 245 miles on it so far. The sound, speed, and torque is wild in a Jeep. It just makes us smile as we drive it.

Extremely happy with the car at this point, even though the 7 month wait was hard.

Anyone interested in ordering a 20th anniversary 392 Rubicon, my dealer has 1 open allocation for a order, located in Indiana, DM me for contact info.

Ordered mine two weeks ago and dealer called me yesterday said I made the cut but the order book is closed for the 20th 392, so even with allocation anything ordered now is probably DOA.

My dealer says the interior (i.e. seats) of the 2024 392 will be available only in red color. Can anyone please confirm?

I was hoping for black color seats, as they'd be easier to keep clean getting in-and-out of the vehicle during off-roading. Since red is the only choice, so red it is!

Should I assume I’m the only one with an open order from 2022?

Started this fiasco on October 18th, no end in sight. Delivery date has changed several times. Now I’m seeing 20A 392s being delivered. I fully expect to see 2024s to jump my order as well.

Yesterday (May 1st) my dealer placed the order of my 2024 Rubicon 392.

Today (May 2nd) my dealer already received the VON and VIN.

Wow, that was fast!

Now the real question (yeah no one can answer it) IS how quick are they gonna crank out the 24's? Are we gonna wait 6-9 months (or god forbid longer @Shark01) or is it going to be more like prior to COVID, and a 1-3 month wait?

A guy on another forum says production starts May 24th, but I imagine that depends on finishing all the ‘23s first, and I know of plenty still waiting to hit the assembly line.

So, realistically we are looking at July-August before builds begin for those of us that have our orders in now? Then, maybe a September delivery is kinda what I am thinking....best case.

Based on the 2 2022 Jeeps I ordered (Wrangler Sport S and Gladiator) I don't think it will be that long.

I ordered my Gladiator a month before 2022 production began and it came in after 12 weeks from date of order.

And the Wrangler took about 6 weeks, though that was in the middle of the 22's production run.

My order was confirmed on May 3rd. I'm hopeful I might get it early July.

Hell my M2 only took 3 months to get in which involved it being shipped from Germany and then sitting for a month because I chose the Performance Center Delivery option and appointments were limited back in 2021 (absolutely worth the wait).

Ordered my MY24 392 on 5/10 also. Received VON and VIN by next morning. I guess for us it really depends on when they will start the he 392 builds. Will they roll off several thousand builds before starting the 392’s or will they produce them side by side. Guess we’ll find out soon’ish.

Ordered our 2024 392 on 5/15 (Earl Gray, Winch, Sky-one touch. like others, I had the VIN the next day. So can't wait!! Kind of sad to get rid of the 2020 though.
