How many square feet for $15k a month? Jesus.
I pay $3600 for about 2k square feet.

I have a small 2 bedroom 1 bath 1100sq ft house. My property tax was $517 last year. Should be about the same this year. Well the housing values have shot up the past two years and if the county reassess the value it’ll go up. So maybe $600 this year? I do sit on 1 acre of land inside city limits. It’d be less in the county.

OP, what was the real purpose of this post? At first it seemed like legitimate concern about cost/potential over-charging for a service.

Now it looks like you're taking up for the dealership saying that's just the cost in your area.

Did you just want to let everyone know what you can afford to pay for service and property taxes???

I thought it was a lot honestly And that’s why I posted to see what others thought. Then upon calling a few more in our area it seems like they are all taking advantage in this area. i should’ve realized as I bought my Jeep out of state for the same reason.
i didn’t know about the base labor rate manual that someone posted (thank you) and I learned that dealer service isn’t the minimum that Jeep recommends and that they upsell. So, I guess I learned to question the dealer and to check the manufacturer recommendations instead of blindly thinking the dealer knows best. Stupid me. Hopefully it helped someone else too.

Eastern Long Island is incredibly expensive and she isn't even all the way east. While the dealer pulled a fast one on her, it's honestly not egregious relative to the area. If it's not under warranty, never go to a dealer.
