Whats up guys . I got my first Jeep last November (2021 Willys 2.0T) and been going back and forth for the tire size and lift kit . I use the car for everyday drive in the city and the Mods are mostly for looks. I was thinking on getting 35s on it with a 2.5 lift since i feel like everyone is doing it , but i got some KO2 285/75r17 E from a friend of mine that went up to 37s on his JK and I really like the way it is sitting with the 33s and i think this is the set i will stay with . With that said what should i do now the 33s are on i hear the Mhp will be off a bit , should i look into that and what else is there that i might need to look at now that the 33s are in. My understanding is thats it but again i am a newbie here so thanks in advance for the suggestions.

285/75/17 are 34" not 33". Unless you meant 285/70. In any event, given your use case, just correct the speedometer and drive. If you notice rubbing, you could swap Rubicon fender flares.

Well i guess 34s . It is 285/75/17 on my stock wheels . Now i am thinking that might be to big for the stock without a lift ….

Nah, lifts increase air resistance, decrease MPG, make cornering worse, etc. Worst case, just find someone selling the fenders off their Rubicon, or buy them new. The Rubicon fenders are an inch or so higher, so your 34 inch tires will fit great, no rubbing. No need to lift for this particular instance.

Nice I have Mickey Thompson BAJA ATZ's 285/70/17's on my 19 JLU, not lifted, but did have to cut away a little of the plastic in front of the front tires, they would rub when making a sharp turn.

At that size it's at your discretion. Some do, some don't. You'd definitely want to regear at 35s.

I don’t think i will , I don’t see a difference in driving so far . I just drove 10 miles on the highway and was fine handling, once it went over 62-63 mph it went to the 8 gear . I think is ok
