I just had new tires put on and my backup camera was dead too. Somehow the tire techs managed to yank to wire feed to the camera. Had to take off the inside plastic plate on the tailgate and reseat the connector and now everything is fine. The tailgate plastic comes off easy, just don't let it bend to much. You could try that before you took it back to the dealer. It may not have been seated properly in the first place and worked loose.

Push your volume and tune knobs in at the same time and hold them in. This will reset the radio without changing your settings. My 2021 also also did this, fixed the issue and all has been fine
  1. Ensure your vehicle is in park and in “Run” mode.
  2. Press and hold down the volume and tuner knob buttons at the same time.
  3. Hold down the knobs for 10 – 20 seconds.

Oh, baby, I hear you!
Drove my 2021JLSU hoime on Friday; back to the dealer on Monday with this problem. The tech looked at it and told me that he could reprogram it, and ' it should be ok'. I told him to reprogram it AND replace the camera, and ' I'll see how it works'.
Bottom line is that I have had no issues since that September glitch. I drove from Miami to Breckinridge in November, and am still battling the elememnts and altitude here without any JEEP related problems.
The notes about re-seating fuses seems to come up a lot. I wish you luck, but I would go to the dealer to make sure that there is a record of this issue, in case you are put into a Lemon Law situation in the future.
