I ordered my Willy's XR on April 15th. The build date has been pushed back numerous times. I was finally told they are prioritizing Rubicon orders with the XR package first since they are the more expensive vehicle. I am still in D1 status.
With Jeep anything is possible.
The reason I was asking is because Jeep has so many mistakes on their website that havent been fixed yet. For example it shows the Willys comes with 3:45 gears, says the XR package on the Willys gets high flares and performance brakes. The Willys already comes with the Rubicon high flares and I could be wrong. But I read somewhere (ill try to look it up again) that the Willys comes with the brakes. Here is a link from this forum. Its a Jeep flyer showing the standard features on each model , different wheels, tops etc. For example the sport shows X standard features. Then they list the Sport S and it lists the additional features the Sport S comes. When it Rubicon X comes up. The 4th line in the additional features shows Xtreme 35 inch tire group (only available in auto). The next line says Heated Front seats and steering wheel. Followed by Rock-Trac heavy duty full time 4wd transfer case. There is nothing saying its only for the auto. But, this tranny, isn’t any friggin tranny… In fact , is one of the smoothest tranny in the market
