I haven't heard a word, but I ordered a manual transmission so that most likely is the hold-up.

I ordered mine on April 14th and had an original build date of June 7th. It has been delayed twice and I have a new build date of August 26th. I've been told they are having trouble getting some parts for the Xtreme 35 package but I've seen where other members have that package on their Rubicon's so I'm not sure what the hold up is.

So my order was placed on 6/28 and confirmed. Still not scheduled, was told by customer service they are waiting on production capacity. Anyone else in the same situation. Also waiting to see what the dealership has to say.

I got the half cover, I think the call it the JLkini. The nubs (small round silver things) don’t work on the 2024. They are aware of this and are re-engineering them for the 2024. The tolerances on the trim is too tight and Jeep used larger washers on the trim screws. I contacted Spiderweb Shield and they suggested installing it this way until the have the new nubs. I was told they would send me a set once they have them.
did you get the new nubs yet? Or heard anything on it? I order in mid august and have the ones that don’t fit. I emailed them before ordering and they assured me it would fit. This was after you had already posted, so it sounds like they knew it had install issues but still saying it fits no problems.

No, I have not! I e-mailed them last week after noticing they now have a drop down on their website where you can choose if you have a 2024 when ordering, so I thought maybe they had the new nubs available, but have not received any reply! I thought their customer service was good when they had reached out to me with the temporary solution of just wraping the bands around the screws, but that was supposed to be temporary until they developed the new nubs! They may not have them yet, but how hard is it to respond to an e-mail saying that's the case? Not happy with how this is being handled because I was also assured it wold work on the 2024 before I placed my order!

That’s disappointing. I would email them and try to call them. If they don’t get back to you in a reasonable amount of time you could always contest the credit card charge, that should get their attention. It’s BS if they told you it would fit and they won’t respond.

Yea, I'll probably wait till next week and give them a call. They are probably dealing with the hurricane this week, so I'll wait till things settle down a bit. It's working as it should, but I do want all the parts and functionality I paid for, and right now it really can't be easily removed and replaced without the nubs.

I called and was told they are waiting on the delivery of their 2024 Wrangler, so it they are waiting like everyone else, it might be a while.

They said the drop down was to notify them if a costumer orders for a 2024, then they call them and explain the install procedure.

They did ensure me I am on the list to receive the new parts once they have them available.

That’s a bummer that they are just calling people. I placed an order when I saw the 2024 drop down thinking that they would include the new ones.

I placed my order for a ‘24 Willy’s 2 door in Firecracker Red on Aug 9th. Today I got the email that it is in Production! Haven’t seen anything that says how long Production typically lasts but I have seen that Delivery can take a while. My Dealership was still waiting for their first ‘24 Jeep to show up as it was waiting to be shipped.
This is the first vehicle I have ever ordered so this is all new to me. It was nice to be able to specify all the options that we wanted. Now we have to decide whether to trade in or sell outright our JLU. Wife wants to trade it in, I’m all for selling it outright….
