I have a 2024 rubicon that came from factory with the soft top no hardtop. I found a great deal on a hard top and would like to put it on for the winter. Am I needing anything besides bolts and wire harness any help would be greatly appreciated

The hardtop will have a rear window washer, I am presuming getting that all plumbed in would be a pain, if there is no provision for it on the soft top only model.
The other thing that you may have to consider is the latches for the freedom panels. I am not sure what the soft top model comes with.

You'll need the latch brackets to lock the panels down. Under $100 from any shop. Bolts are already in place. If you want to use the wiper and defroster you'll need to wire it. Some will say you need to. My Jeep was a soft top built without wiring. First winter of ownership I bought a barely used HT. 3 Chicago winters later I've never once needed the wiper/defroster/fluid. Only thing I opted to add was some noise canceling panels.

Check to see if the wires/plumbing are run and hidden in the hidden storage spot at the back on the driver side. My guess they would have run it all as part of the build.

I never used the wiper or the defroster in three years. You will be fine without them.

I just did this a month ago. My JLU80 was a soft top model from the factory, and I bought a 2023 hard top for it. You do need to get bolts, there were no bolts for the hard top on my soft top Jeep. The top fortunately came with the bolts I needed. I was able to get the freedom panel brackets off of Amazon for $40.

And to add to what has already been mentioned - soft top Jeeps do not come with provisions for the wiper/washer/defroster on the hard top. Yes, it WOULD make sense to just build that in to all Jeeps and simplify the build process - but that would cost Stellantis an extra $10 per Jeep and we all know that immediately rules it out.

I would have liked to see--much that I am a dual top owner--an option, as a compromise albeit for a fee for custom orders at least, that allows soft top purchasers to have all the infrastructure for a hard top (barring the hard top) put on their Wrangler from the factory during the build where easier access to areas to, for example, plumb electrical and fluid cables to a future hard top's rear glass become available.
