Got an email today from Stellantis Customer Care saying mine has shipped ("STATUS :Vehicle is shipped , we can give you an next update once we receive the estimated time of arrival"). They actually said they'd answer my replies to the email which is crazy.

No updates on any of the trackers. The window sticker populated about a day after I moved to KZ. Hopefully they'll get back to me soon with a delivery time frame -- I need to buy a plane ticket lol.

Still no estimate of arrival and none of the trackers have moved, I think the rep was BSing me. 10 days in build status now. It's going to be super hard to go get the car after the 12th, I wish they'd just give more info given the extenuating circumstances.

That sucks! I'm in the same boat, built 6/14 and still nothing and no one can (or want to) give a reason as to the delay.

It's finally home! Great experience with Renee and the team at Gupton Motors. Jeep drove great and clutch seemed smooth. It's been a while since I had a JK but I will say the driveline seemed loud and clunky when engaging after a shift. Could be normal or part of break in and getting everything greased up. Overall, it was a great drive south. Good luck to those waiting.

Yours was parked right next to mine when we got there. I absolutely love the color. We also worked with Renee. She was able to even got us a greater discount. It was certainly worth it for us to purchase out of state at Gupton. We had done all financials and signing prior to pick up. With all the waiting and the non customer friendly communication from Jeep, we are happy the pick up went so easy.
I recommend the dealership and Renee any day!

I've been hearing a lot of good reviews for Gupton. I ordered my jeep from them so can't wait to get that email from Renee saying it's at the dealership. Hopefully no more delays. Estimated delivery was July 5th... Now July 18th.
