Yay that is good news. I am glad we waited. We really need the leather seats (we got shedding dogs) what is not an option for the 2024 Sport models. We also have to watch the weight since this is our tow vehicle and I am not sure if the newer models weigh different. We get exactly what we wanted.

You know, just watching some of the past Forum users waiting for vehicle shipping Dates, and being surprised when it's delivered, it might be that the new MT vehicles will hit dealers the same way. Out of sync.
Besides just worrying about getting parts in and lined up to build a vehicle, Jeep had to design both the new hardware, the software and also modify the documentation for the vehicle. You would think that the normal tracking system just wasn't really built for the out of sync changes.

So I pinged "Jeep" Chat this morning. Usually, you don't get any more information from them
than what we can get, but the following is what they passed to me:
"Your vehicle has been built on 06/14/2023 and is now awaiting shipment. Once your vehicle begins shipping, you will see movement in the tracker. It doesn't give any date yet however what I can tell you the order will be shipped before 07/04/2023. Please note that it may change at anytime or as early as that.
6:18 AM
Your vehicle is at TOLEDO - OTTAWA now going BELVIDERE ASSEMBLY PLANT."
I believe the Belvidere Plant is where they use to make Cherokees. Maybe they use it for shipping prep now. So it looks like it's moving out West.
Just read that it is the rail transportation hub for Stellantis.?
