Some of us have received emails stating the vehicles are waiting on a software update and are estimated to ship by the end of June.
Thanks. I haven’t received any info at all. Beyond frustrating. $60,000 purchase and all we get is a faulty tracking system. Dealer hasn’t helped much either. I’ve tried many times to get someone on the phone who could give me some answers. You figure the info you got includes Gladiators? Is your build showing as being in E status?

New member here, reading and lurking for a while. I ordered our JLUR MT December 16th. Went to E status May 9th with a delivery on 6/12. Then this week it went to TBD. Now that 24s are arriving, I'm guessing our MTs are built and sitting on a lot somewhere waiting on "the fix". Waiting with the rest of you.

New member here, reading and lurking for a while. I ordered our JLUR MT December 16th. Went to E status May 9th with a delivery on 6/12. Then this week it went to TBD. Now that 24s are arriving, I'm guessing our MTs are built and sitting on a lot somewhere waiting on "the fix". Waiting with the rest of you.
Holy hell 12/16/22.

Ordered our Rubicon MT on 01/14/23, went into E - Production on 5/5/23 and still waiting for the "FIX". We were advised by our dealer to anticipate the "FIX" around 9/5/23 (as in September) according to their Status Recall Guide...?

Yes, my order is in "E" status. I'm guessing that if things don't break loose by the end of June, then it might be a long-haul. The order was place 12/28/2022.

Yea that would really suck. Miss the summer door off season. I’m not crazy about the idea of it sitting in some dirt
Lot with the tires flat spotting and risk of damage from storms etc. I specifically ordered this year to get PunkN orange. If it wasn’t for the color I’d switch to a 24 order.

Jeep is really dropping the ball on this, IMO. Zero communication with customers who placed these orders is unacceptable.

I'm 12/27/22; S 02/20/23 then E 5/13/23 ESD 6/11 now 6/27 also waiting in storage somewhere for the fix.

I emailed my dealer as well. Is’t there some consumer protection complaint line? When I ordered my RV I was told waiting time is one year. When I ordered the Jeep I was told by multiple dealers 8 to 10 weeks nobody even mentioned a MT recall even so that is the reason I indicated for ordering vs busying of the lot.

I was told 3 months and was fine with that, but then the recall happened, I asked if I can switch to auto and they said no bc the vin was attached to MT. If you find a complaint line please post.

I asked my dealer to find me an auto with my choices lol not holding my breath but who knows.
Are you thinking the September might be accurate from what you’ve heard from your dealership? Reason I’m asking because if that’s the case I’m thinking of using half my down payment to pay off my motorcycle loan now to be better off when my jeep does arrive
