Cara from Jeep Cares is a real person! After taking my '23 392XR back to the dealer for an issue with the A/C controls, I emailed Jeep to voice my frustration with the issue and the fact the dealer said the part was backordered and wouldn't deliver until after March. Yesterday, I received a phone call from Cara at Jeep Cares letting me know she was assigned my issue, that she researched the matter and informed me that the part was delivered to the dealer on Monday. Now I'm waiting for the service department to open so I can call and see if this is really the case. ?
