I know you get a date only when Jeep has the necessary parts. But looking at the tracker there have been multiple Jeeps with the options I have chosen ordered after me yet built before mine started the process. Others on here can also attest that identical Jeeps ordered after theirs were built before them. It can't just be about order date and available parts. There has to be another variable at play...

Also, the rate at which the 4xes were being built a while ago suggests it's not just about the availability of parts.
Could be dealer allocation. Gupton never has an issue getting Wranglers and gladiators and they get a ton of them. I know Jeep prioritizes customer orders over dealer stock but they might also prioritize dealers that sell more.

I believe 4XV is a new code given to those that have been in confirmed status for an extensive amount of time to make it appear like progress is happening, when it means nothing in actuality.
did it pop up on people’s trackers as a notification cuse i have it on mine but it didn’t say it was updated

My Rubicon 4XE hit the lot today, 14 days earlier than expected! Signed all the paperwork, now just trying to decide if I should have it transported from Mark Doge to CO, or if I should just fly down and pick it up! ? (The tracker never updated after ‘built’ on 10/5)

Is this the support group for the groundhog day tracker?
Day 43, still at “C”.. received a vin on day 3. Nothing since.
Talked to the dealer and he said they have a firm build date, but didn’t show it.
I gave up on trying to find any pattern on the tracker.
How can they have a firm build date and not say it? Is this some jedi mind trick??
I have a firm build date as well. I think that is an extension of "C". That's just saying... "Yeah, we decided that we are going to build your Jeep some day". I think D1 is when the actual date gets established and your VIN is in line. Keep in mind I have no clue what I am talking about!

Actually that makes sense and I was thinking in that direction.
“yup, we will get to it…, when we do “

I ordered through Gupton also. I am at day 72 in "C". Hoping for a sign! Or at least a Tennessee victory over the Dogs!

So this past week I went from shipped and an expected delivery of 12/13 to 11/15 to 11/5 (today). But last night the tracker updated to TBD on BUILT and SHIPPED. With no expected delivery.... Did my jeep die in transit? Maybe on *the* train?

Ive seen this comment several times. I don’t know if it’s true in every situation, just saying people have said the same thing and then “ poof!” It’s on the lot.
I don’t want to get your hopes up, but it has happened more than once.
