Hi folks, my two doors Wrangler just arrived at dealer’s parking lot. But they contact me to say that since I have not bought tread lightly 30 days ago (they have not mentioned before), they cannot give me the previous price. And they are going to add $1500 to our previous deal. Do you guys have any ideas on that? How can I deal with this? Thanks in advance.
As others have said, unfortunately, that is how the program works. Jeep offers an affiliate rewards program which requires a unique "code" for your deal. With Tread Lightly you have to be a member at least 30 days before you can use your membership to generate a code. The code actually allows the dealer to get more money back to themselves to cover them giving you a better deal. Otherwise they are losing that money. So unfortunately their hands are kind of tied because they would be getting a little screwed on the deal too. So you are kind of at their mercy here. Of course you meant no harm, you simply didn't know. It will really be up to the dealer to decide how much they want to meet you in the middle. I guess this is where you find out if you have found a great dealer or not. Hopefully they try to help you out and earn a long term customer. ?

I’ve been in production for 9. Not as bad as yours, but I find myself patiently hoping that it means they are taking meticulous care in putting it together! I’m also hopeful I get a call from dealer saying it’s here like some of the other folks on here.
Count me in the same boat ordered 7/21 , have been in production for 12 days 12 days est delivery 10/3

I got the email from Jeep saying my Jeep had been shipped on 8-26 and should arrive on 9/21 at the end of August. Now, the pizza tracker is saying 9-29. I hope the email is the correct estimate...

I ordered a 2023 392 on June 2, when the ordering banks opened. The tracker says my order was processed on June 7, with the vin number TBD. I called my dealership and they provided my VIN number. Now I join the waiting game.
Update: I was told by my dealer that my Jeep would be delivered on August 17, but now they say the 19th but it will continue to be pushed back. Has anyone gotten their 2023 Rubicon 392 yet?
2nd update: Still waiting. Have past the delivery dates of August 15 and September 10. I called the dealer on the 10th and was told it's scheduled delivery is now September 12th. The pizza tracker still says it is scheduled for production, but the dealer is telling me it will be delivered tomorrow. Promises, promises...we will see. I'll keep you posted.
UPDATE 9/13 Today my dealer called to tell me that jeep is now in production, and the new delivery date is Oct 10 but this date can also change.

This rail strike has me so nervous. My Jeep is built and shipped as of 9/4 with an estimated delivery of 9/30. I reached out to my dealer and she confirmed it's on it's way and according to her information, is due to arrive at the Las Vegas railyard on Friday and then trucked to Arizona for delivery. If this holds true, I will avoid the potential strike by hours. If not, then I'm going to be stuck in railroad limbo with a lot of y'all for who knows how long.
Don't think it's every rail and every carrier

Update: My dealer just told me that my Jeep is off the rail and on a truck on it's way to the dealership and should be there by 11:30am tomorrow morning latest.

For more color, a different sales person at the dealership told me yesterday that it was due in 9/29-10/3. The tracker doesn't show as shipped yet. Just Built.
I wasn't wrong when I said earlier today you should hear something soon from your dealer.

Mine was delivered yesterday and the tracker is still only at shipped. Tracker is always a couple days behind.

Dumb question, but is it okay to request/generate the affiliate code at any time? Like, do I need to do that now, or just wait until right before I go to pick up?

You do need to have signed up 30 days prior to purchase, so if yours is on the lot, unfortunately you are out of luck. And it isn’t the basic tier you have to buy, but the $100 tier. For what it’s worth, I have the same dealer for my order, and they over communicated the importance of the timing of that to me. Unfortunate if you didn’t get the same.
We’re the same dealer also and it was mentioned to us but we have the FCA affiliate through my husband’s work which is the same but we don’t need to join anything

Because it resembles the "Pizza Tracker" that Domino's Pizza uses on line when you order a pizza. It tells you when they are making it, when it goes in the oven, and when it is ready!
