I truly believe that having a tracker is worse than not having one. If they're going to provide a tracker, it would be nice if it was updated in a timely manner. I don't "need" my new Jeep... but if you're providing a service, it should be a working one. I don't want to have to call my dealer ever.
I wonder if dealers actually feel the same way about the trackers. It's like they've opened that proverbial can of worms by giving us a half-baked online tracker that only increases calls to dealerships when something doesn't update ?

Update: My dealer just told me that my Jeep is off the rail and on a truck on it's way to the dealership and should be there by 11:30am tomorrow morning latest.

For more color, a different sales person at the dealership told me yesterday that it was due in 9/29-10/3. The tracker doesn't show as shipped yet. Just Built.
What dealer are you using in Florida?

I actually purchased from Mall of Georgia. Flying into Atlanta and driving it back down.

online tracker is as about as useful as a soap that doesn't clean.

LOL probably so...one can only hope...
My dealership's GM stopped trying to BS me and apologizes. He doesn't know, your dealer doesn't know. Stellanis keeps their dealers just far ahead enough in the info chain to keep us from swarming the corporate offices with hate mail. We are $$$ that is easily replaced with an in-person buyer to scoop up that Jeep the second it hits the lot. It is a bad time to be a buyer.

Yes, mine went to Lawrenceville. Mike told me it was dropped at the rail yard in Toledo on the 5th. So 8 days from there to GA. Fingers crossed yours is with mine. Mike is on vacation this week, but Paul was able to look it up for me. I'll be flying up next Friday.
Just talked to my dealer and it’s in Lawrenceville! Just need a truck to bring it to the dealership.

You're making progress. Patience is necessary. Some of us are more frustrated than others. You'll get your Jeep soon enough. Do yourself a favor and check the tracker as little as you can.

Their online build-and-price configurator has always been buggy like that for various years with certain options de-selecting other options (iirc, adding auto-4WD would always reset LED, cold-weather and other primary packages).

It's now been several months since the '23 configurator went live and despite reporting the various bugs via their 'website feedback', they're all still there and I literally can't create the exact build that I placed an order for.

"Oh, you want a 2-door Rubicon with an auto trans? Okay, please select an engine.. the 3.6L eTorque? Lovely choice. Your build has been updated with a manual trans, which isn't available with that engine. Oh, you're okay with the standard 3.6L, but want the auto-4WD? Okay, but you can only get that with the eTorque/auto combo, so let's give you the manual again and see what happens.."

:headbang:
My salesperson printed out the order sheet and we went over every option and line item on it to make sure it was being ordered how I wanted it. That is the OP's salesperson falling short. In this day and age, I double check everything, especially when money is involved.

It's not a Stellantis strike that anyone needs to be worried about. It's the railroad union strike. This Friday 60,000 rail workers (including conductors and engineers) will be on strike. Nobody to make the trains move.
Yeah that one is still up in the air, but isn’t technically a strike yet. I’m still hopefully that will be resolved in the 11th hour.

My response was to this post talking about the Stellantis strike.

They probably do! ? I’m sure the tracker was made so that wouldn’t happen… so much for that!
