I wonder if dealers actually feel the same way about the trackers. It's like they've opened that proverbial can of worms by giving us a half-baked online tracker that only increases calls to dealerships when something doesn't update ?I truly believe that having a tracker is worse than not having one. If they're going to provide a tracker, it would be nice if it was updated in a timely manner. I don't "need" my new Jeep... but if you're providing a service, it should be a working one. I don't want to have to call my dealer ever.
